Q1: What should I know about the quality of 3D printed products?
A: Unlike mass-produced injection-molded plastic, our products are precision-crafted using 3D printing technology. This means you may notice slight layer lines on the surface or tiny marks from support structures (which we sand down as much as possible). These are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and do not affect the durability or functionality of your fidget toy.
Q2: Will the color look exactly like the pictures?
A: We strive for 100% accuracy, but please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to professional lighting during photography or differences in your screen settings. Each piece is unique!
Q3: When will my order be shipped?
A: We perform a rigorous quality check on every single item before it leaves our workshop. For pre-order items, we typically ship within 7 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your MoosAnime™ products are perfect!
